Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal

  • In accordance with the Consumer Code, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the package containing the ordered goods. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, with the warranty seals intact, the outer packaging unopened, or damaged, and the product unused.

  • For sales contracts that involve the delivery of goods, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the returned goods are intact in all their parts. The substantial integrity of the product is an essential condition.

  • The exclusions set forth in Article 59 of the Consumer Code remain valid. Specifically, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

    • to sealed goods which, for hygiene or health protection reasons, cannot be returned if opened after delivery (art. 59, letter e);

    • goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (Article 59, paragraph 1, letter d). This category includes, by way of example and not limited to, all food products, as their characteristics can also be altered due to inadequate storage.

  • If the Buyer validly exercises the right of withdrawal, within the terms and in the manner provided, he/she may choose between:

    • the refund of the amount paid for the products returned to the central warehouse, by crediting your credit card or bank transfer;

    • the provision of a credit of equal value, usable exclusively on the Site.

  • Pursuant to art. 67, paragraph 3, of the Consumer Code, the costs of returning the goods are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

  • Packages sent to the recipient with shipping costs paid by the Seller will not be accepted.

  • The Seller will refund the Buyer the amount already paid within 14 days of receiving the return form informing the Buyer of the withdrawal. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or until the Buyer provides proof of shipment.

  • The Buyer and/or the recipient of the Order must contact customer service in advance to agree on the return methods.

  • The products must be returned to the Seller in substantially intact condition, complete with the original packaging, accessories, instructions and everything supplied at the time of purchase, in order to allow their resale.

  • The Seller will accept the return after checking the original condition of the products and the integrity of the packaging.

  • The refund will be made by credit card chargeback or by bank transfer, using the details (IBAN on the invoice) indicated by the Buyer in the return form.

  • To exchange products purchased online, you must send an email to info@lovetouch.it
