Valérie Tasso was born in France, where she spent her childhood and adolescence. She holds degrees in Business Management and Applied Foreign Languages ​​and a PhD in Intercultural Studies.

In 2006, she obtained a postgraduate degree in Sexology from IN.CI.SEX, part of the University of Alcalá de Henares. She appears on television and radio programs and contributes to various magazines.
